Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you at only 500 m from the beach, you will be charmed by this nice house with garden, fully renovated in 2021, located in a quiet area between St Lunaire and Dinard. The house of 126 m² is composed of a beautiful living room facing south, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 5 bedrooms including a master suite, a shower room and a bathroom. Enclosed garden and terrace facing south. Two private parking spaces. The house : First floor: - Large living room with a lounge area with corner sofa, TV, and a dining area with a family table for 8 guests - Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster... - Master suite: bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. First floor: Accessible by wooden stairs, you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms: - Room 2 : double bed, coffee tables, storage space - Room 3 : two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, coffee tables, storage space - Room 4 & 5: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, coffee tables, storage space - Bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks, storage space Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). For stays of more than 15 nights, renewal of linen is mandatory. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. For stays of more than 15 days, a compulsory cleaning will be done every two weeks: 130 euros / service.
