Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Saint-Quentin-de-Chalais, this charming house of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 72 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 120 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! On the ground floor : - A 72 m² living room facing East-West with TV, double sofa bed, decorative fireplace and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hob (mixed gas and electric), filter coffee machine... - 1 separate toilet On the first floor: - A studio with a double bed (140×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC. - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space. - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space. - A bathroom with bathtub. - 1 separate toilet. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
