The Bordeaux Cocoon is located in Bordeaux (Bacalan district) in a secure and wooded luxury residence, 800 meters from the Cité du Vin and the Bacalan Market Halls, and close to the Bassins de Lumière. Ideally located, you can also easily reach the hyper center of Bordeaux (tram B takes you there in 10 minutes) or enjoy the sun for a stroll along the quaysides along the Garonne River. The nearest airport is Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport, 18 km away. The apartment is non-smoking and renovated with a warm atmosphere accommodating 4 people. It consists of: A large living space with a lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven that was renovated in 2024; A sleeping area with 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with large beds (one 160 x 200 and one 140 x 190); A bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a walk-in shower, completely renovated in 2024 with separate toilet; A small balcony. All equipment is included: wifi, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities, and even a plancha for sunny days. The apartment has a parking space in a private and secure parking lot 100 meters from the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a tourist or professional stay.
