Our 19th-century semi-detached village home, located in the center of town on a quiet street and a 10-minute walk from the Bons-en-Chablais train station, offers the perfect combination of historical charm and modern comfort. The original features (such as the exposed beams, stone walls, and the chains used to hoist hay) give the space a unique and authentic feel, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful region of Haute-Savoie. Our home includes an east-facing back garden, offering a tranquil and private space to relax and soak up the sun. The garden is easily accessible from the laundry room, where you can wash your clothes after a day of hiking or skiing, or from the balcony off the kitchen, where you can sip a glass of wine and take in the stunning views of the Voirons mountains and surrounding countryside. On the other side of the house, enjoy the evening sunset over dinner in the covered terrace, complete with a large dining table and chairs. Comfortable for up to 10 guests, this home offers three upper-level bedrooms, a main-level bedroom, and a ground-level den that converts into a sleeping area. Two of the bedrooms have desks allowing you to work from home. A spacious fully-equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with a large 5-burner stove and dishwasher.
