Your accommodation "Capitole Bleu" is located 50 meters from the Baie des Anges. 100% pleasant: sea view and garden terrace 100% practical: parking, bus and amenities 100% stylish: classic chic atmosphere 100% comfortable: wifi, air conditioning, tv, lv, ll 100% mobility: secure private parking space at 30 meters (with extra 25euros/day)
Dear Travelers, We thank you warmly for your reservation. Your stop at the "Capitole Bleu" will be in tune with life on the Riviera and the proximity of your host will ensure you the best welcome. Your home is fully furnished in a "classic chic" style. It is not part of a "resort" or "complex". Your residence is classified monuments of the twentieth century. As indicated during your booking, a deposit of 480 Euros is required upon arrival. It will have to be paid in cash. The refund will be made the day of your departure. This deposit is used to cover any damage that may have occurred during your journey and established at your departure.  Arrival between 12 am and 21 pm (the arrival after 21 pm is charged 30 euros)  Departures : before 12 am Please inform us of your expected arrival time. You can indicate this information in the "special" Late and noisy arties are not allowed in our establishment. A rental agreement is signed upon your arrival.
