The apartment is located on the first floor and comprises : - 1 large living room with TV and corner sofa, - 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, - 1 fully-equipped open kitchen, - 1 bathroom with separate toilet, - 1 terrace and 1 garden (access to the terrace and garden is from the main room). - 1 secure parking space in the residence, THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and filter coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: TV, wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee pods, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation.
