According to your needs we adapt the two spaces for separate rentals allowing the reception of 2 to 13 people.

Property information

At Les Jardins De La Guyonnière in Ruaudin (less than 10 minutes from Le Mans) "welcome" is the most important word. Make the most of the Le Mans SMQ space with its 8 beds where the legend of Le Mans is displayed on the walls with illustrious signatures encountered on the circuit or hosted at the lodge. The spirit of the King of cool reigns here to immerse you behind the scenes of the filming of the film Le Mans in 1970. The LM SMQ space offers on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms. Upstairs, a double bed on the mezzanine and a bedroom with two single beds. If you prefer the Le Mans 900 area and its 5 berths, revisit the Porsche legend at Le Mans. On the ground floor a fitted kitchen lounge area, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 5 single beds will provide all the comfort. The 2 spaces can be booked together or separately. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. We provide a washing machine in each space. An outdoor space of 600 m2 with terrace and private parking with two sockets dedicated to charging the batteries of electric vehicles. We are only waiting for you

Close to the center of Le Mans, you can take advantage of hiking trails, of activities of racing circuits motorcycle and karting of Le Mans, horse-races on the racecourse of Hunaudières, amusement parks for small and big, Papéa, zoo de La Flèche, Domain of Pescheray. You will can within one hour admire the first castles of The Loire or take advantage the summer evenings of the famous Fancies on the monuments of Old Le Mans
