Newly renovated apartment with all comforts. The apartment is located in the heart of the old city. Linen and towels are provided. Dishwaher, washing machine and an iron are available. In the kitchen you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine. In the bathroom a dry towels and a hair dryer are available. Parking: public parkings are located from 3 to 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment and there's street parking alla round. It's NOT possible to reach the apartment with the car, the closest location to park is la Côte Perrière.
I'm a psychiatrist living between Annecy and the Leman lake. I'm passionated about mountain sports and travelling.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center just under the castle and 200 meters from the lake. Typical restaurants and many shops are just down the apartment. Don't miss the food market in the old city Sunday, Tuesday and Friday morning. Boat trips are just 2 minutes walking from the apartment. In summer the nearest beach is 10 minutes walking from the apartment and just 100 meters from the apartment you will find a shop to rent bicycles. there is a lovely bike path all around the lake.
