Located in the sought-after area of the restaurants "La Corniche" and "Haïtza", a few minutes from the famous Dune du Pilat, this apartment of approximately 90 m² on the 1st floor of a Gaume villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 balconies, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The entrance leads to a separate toilet with hand basin, then to the north-facing living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a television, as well as the north-facing dining room with balcony. Pyla-sur-Mer is a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, in Gironde, in the New Aquitaine region, 65 km south-west of Bordeaux. Located on the territory of La Teste-de-Buch, the resort stretches from the entrance to the Arcachon basin, a town with which it borders, to the dune of Pilat, famous for being the highest in Europe. .
