Located in the touristic heart of Annecy, in the old town (classified historic building rue Sainte Claire), along the Thiou river and a few steps away from the lake, this apartment located in a quiet interior courtyard is the ideal place to discover the “Venice of the Alps”. Located in a historic residence in the Italian Renaissance style, the apartment mixing modernity and old-world charm, has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 balcony and 1 bathroom with separate WC. Ideal for 1 couple but also for a couple with children as the living room has an extra 160 cm sofa bed. The apartment has been recently renovated and offers all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The room offers a Queen size bed with TV, and linen is provided (sheets and towels). The living room offers a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), a table for 4 people and a TV corner (where the sofa bed can be found). High-speed Wi-Fi access is free. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and the laundry room has a washing machine. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor accessible from an outside staircase and the balcony where you could enjoy some meals. Access from the courtyard opens onto a pedestrian street.
