Hello. We are Neto and Fred and will be delighted to welcome you. We offer a private room with shared toilet and bathroom in our apartment, divided into a format that guarantees the privacy of each, with two rooms opposite and the hall in the middle. Only one room is for rent, where you will find a minibar, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster (coffee and tea offered). For your convenience, you will have a copy of the keys during your stay. You are welcome to stay.
Accommodation Rules: Check-in is only by appointment, and departure is by self-check-out. I will try to arrange your schedule according to my availability. If necessary, an automatic deposit is in the immediate vicinity. Two parking lots nearby also. You will receive tips of restaurants and activities in the city. I would be available to guide you.
All bookings can be refunded around 50%. Thank you for your understanding.
