Good communication with the owner. The location is nice and quiet. Easy access to the bus and the city centre. The flat was clean. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom. The coffee machine was a welcome added bonus in the kitchen.

The apartment is well located - easy short walk to downtown, in beautiful surroundings with easy parking. Very airy with high ceilings, nice view from the balcony, very clean and well equipped throughout - we love the electric orthopaedic bed! As for the hosts - Stéphanie and her husband are the kindest hosts we have ever encountered. My partner was unwell during our stay; they went above and beyond to help us - looking up and sending through medical care information, booking doctor appointment, even offering to take us to the hospital (and they live 15-20km away!). Honestly, we couldn’t be more thankful for their help in such a stressful situation. Merci beaucoup Stéphanie et Romain! 😊❤️

We had a great couple of nights in Stephanie’s apartment in such a great location. It was easy to find, she sent detailed instructions on access and parking as well as suggestions on things to do locally. The rooms were huge, with lovely high ceilings, a large bathroom, balcony we could sit on for evening drinks and a useful kitchen space. It was great to have a coffee maker with pods supplied. It was easy walking to restaurants in town and only 20 minutes drive from Annecy. We did enjoy sitting at the swimming pool in the sun, and taking a quick dip on a hot day. A great stay for the start of our adventures in France, thanks Stephanie.

Spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with a lovely view (although you can't see the lake, it's still a pleasant view). Very comfortable bed. Liked the fact we could cook for ourselves without needing to go out. Received exceptional details on how to find the apartment, where to park, and how to access the building and retrieve the keys - it all went very smoothly. We were also provided with information on things to do in and around Aix-les-Bains. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, Stephanie, even down to providing coffee, biscuits, and other food essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Can't fault this place and would be happy to recommend it to others 10/10.
