For ski-mad families this apartment is a must! The residence is located by the piste near the ESF and SKI ONE snow gardens, and just over the road from the Val Claret snowfront and Tufs chairlift. Very close to all ski schools. Perfect for 4 people! Modern duplex recently renovated with a stylish open plan kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, dining table & chairs and double sofa bed in living area. Large flat screen TV. Access onto balcony. On entrance floor there is also separate WC with storage for ski boots and a modern Italian shower room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks with private shower room and WC. Ski locker provided. 3* rating; 1.65 euros per adult per night resort tax payable on arrival NON SMOKING APARTMENT. PETS NOT ALLOWED Linen, towels and end of stay clean not included but can be booked if required Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: Umbrella baby bed : 20.0 euros. Baby chair : 20.0 euros. Linen package (Sheets towel) : 30.0 euros. 3-room end of stay cleaning : 110.0 euros. This apartment is situated in an ideal location for both ski fanatics and families, as it is ski in/ski out, and there are two children's "snow gardens" in very close proximity. If this wasn't enough, the views towards the Grande Motte are amazing! Underground parking a stone's throw away, plus you are able to park your car temporarily outside the building to unload. one private underground parking space available upon reservation/supplement
