Nice apartment on the first floor with breathtaking view on the Pornichet embankment and close to the shops (2 minutes walk) Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability). The apartment can accommodate 5 people. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Work is planned in the Residence until the end of the year, the view is obstructed and the terrace is not usable. Its assets: a balcony and a spacious veranda, the view on the sea. The apartment consists of a living room facing the bay of La Baule with armchairs, TV and a table and chairs for your meals. - a bathroom with washbasin, washing machine and shower - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, in its alcove) - a balcony overlooking the beach, unique location at the foot of the ocean, breathtaking view - a spacious veranda on the street side - the night space on the other side (crossing apartment) serves 2 beautiful bedrooms: one with double bed and wardrobe, the other with two single beds. If you wish, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. Finally, you will find a separate WC. For your parking, a private parking space is located at the back of the building. The apartment has Wifi.

Neighbourhood information

The accommodation is located on the embankment of Pornichet on the bay of La Baule, the largest bay in Europe, crossing the road you will be on the beach. Feet in the water! Nearby shops are accessible on foot, the heart of Pornichet is 10 minutes walk, (mini-market, bakeries, restaurants, laundry, train station, pharmacy, ...). To get around you can reach the Place du Dauphin in Pornichet and the large avenue Louis Lajarrige de La Baule by bus in 3 minutes with the line L13 (stop Vagues de Mazy, at the foot of the apartment).
