Very central, light, calm and modern apartment with personal parking spot. Large balcony facing the South. Spacious and light living room with sofa bed and table fitting 6 persons + a kitchen table fitting 2 more. Half-open fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Two large bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 120 cm), and living room with sofa bed. Bedrooms are facing the North side. Large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. A flat-screen TV is provided with cable TV and Chromecast connections. Also Wifi is included. Very well located at 200m from Ainoa Shopping mall (https://www.ainoatapiola.fi/en/) where there is also a central bus stop and a metro station. 7Km away from Helsinki city center and 1Km away from Aalto University. Vantaa airport is 22Km away. The accommodation is non-smoking.
A Finnish-Belgian family, living in the neighborhood.
The apartment has a personal parking spot, is located 5-min walk from metro station Tapiola and the key bus hub of Espoo and the modern Shopping Center Ainoa. There are grocery stores, cafés and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, and you are at only 10 minutes drive from central Helsinki. Around 2 km walking distance from Aalto University and 1.5 km from the Sea and the Westend beach. Calm and classy neighborhood, with lots of possibilities for walks, culture and playgrounds for children.
