Property information

This property was renovated in 2017. The original wood floor from the 50's was repolished and vanished with a contemporary style, a completely modern new kitchenette and toilet were installed. All furnitures and linens are new.

Neighbourhood information

Kallio is a very safe and culturally vibrant district. Glorious food, stylish cafeterias, relaxing parks, countless bars and clubs, live music gigs, historical public sauna ( it is a big thing in Finland) are all walking distance around. Suvilahti and Teurastamo (old slaught house) which host many music festivals are within 10 minutes walk. You can also walk to the center rail way station passing through all the bars, restaurants, antique shops.
