Pasilan aseman ja Triplan ostoskeskus lähellä 300m iso 56m2 kaksio. Messukeskus 400m. Juuri uusittu keittiö ja pinnat. 65"; 4K TV ja Hifi-järjestelmä. Iso lasitettu parveke sisäpihalle Olohuoneessa vuoteenomainen kahden hengen vuodesohva 195*140 Iso ruokapöytä ja valikoima lautapelejä. Extra patja saatavilla. Makuuhuoneessa memory foam patja 200*140, pimennysverho, korkeus säädettävä työpöytä, tuoli ja 24" näyttö. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu maksua vastaan. Kysy autopaikkaa. Ei juhlia.
