It was very well-appointed, clean, toasty inside where it was subzero outside, and the views of the lake were simply amazing. Enjoyed the sauna with the birch leaves in the privacy of our cabin, and we had great fun tobogganing outside. Our host, Ilkka was most hospitable and attentive. Thanks much, Ilkka!

We LOVED EVERYTHING! It was the most amazing accomodation we have ever booked and we travel fairly often. The house is huge, has a sauna, aurora viewing balcony, large kitchen and living/dinning room with a fireplace. The view from the house is amazing... you feel very secluded and private, but you're still close to the town... the owner was super friendly and helpful, he showed us how he does ice fishing and he even made me ice swimming hole in the frozen lake as I wanted to try avanto. We will come back for sure!

space - 4 actual bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) with a daybed upstairs; large sauna; well equipped kitchen and a dining table with a stunning view of the lake. there is an outside sauna building which we didn't use, BBQ pit available but too many insects currently to enjoy this. can wade into the lake after your sauna, only knee deep in the area in front of the cottage. owner was v responsive, videos are clear in explaining how to use the various facilities.

Das Haus liegt an einem See mitten in der Natur. Man konnte wunderbar entspannen und Nachts hatten wir sogar das Glück Polarlichter über dem See zu sehen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Sauna war super. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht sofort zu helfen, wenn man fragen hatte.

Casa molto accogliente immersa nel bianco della neve, tra alberi "accoglienti" forniti di casette per gli uccelli, vicinissima ad un lago. Posto silenziosissimo e ottimo per vedere l'aurora boreale.

Tout y est! Il ne manque rien. On a vu des aurores boréales depuis la terrasse. Il y avait 4 luges et les enfants ce sont bien amusés. La sauna est bien pratique, les promenades autour parfaites. Si je reviendrai un jour a Ivalo je choisirai le même.
