A brand new apartment with a breathtaking view along its entire length. The Teide and the ocean in one glance. Beach and natural pool under the house. The apartment has a large window along its entire length. Waking up and opening the curtains in the morning and looking outside is a real pleasure. The bed has a comfortable size of 180x200 cm., Illuminated by a LED light on the back The kitchen is equipped with an electric hotplate and an excellent Zanussi oven as well as 2 types of coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer etc. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a smart TV with thousands of channels from all over the world. Guests can also use several outdoor terraces to sunbathe on the deckchairs, relax in the hammock or have breakfast outdoors or a drink at the end of the day.
I'm Italian ...actually i'm Neapolitan, that's different :-) I speak Dutch, English, Spanish and....Italian. I love good food, wine, travel, dance, make new contacts and..the most important.... I love to see my guest happy!
The apartment is located in the Mesa del Mar urbanization and overlooks the ocean. Directly down the cliff is the large beach Playa Las Arenas which can be reached in less than 5 minutes. It has a long promenade ideal for jogging and shorefishing. There is also a large natural swimming pool where it is always possible to swim even when the sea is rough, particularly suitable for children. Mesa del Mare is part of the municipality of Tacoronte which is "The" wine area of the island of Tenerife. Around our location you will find a plethora of vineyards and Bodegas. Mesa del Mar is only 20 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz with the Botanico garden end the famous Loro Parque, 10 minutes from Tenerife North airport, 20 minutes from the lively city of La Laguna and 30 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz. The Tenerife South airport is 50 minutes away by car. Exactly outside the house there is a bus stop. The whole island is very well connected by bus, of course it is also possible to rent cars at very reasonable prices.
