This wonderful rural villa for rent in traditional Mallorcan style is located in the suburb of Alaró, a picturesque village located in a quiet valley on the south Serra de Tramuntana – a mountain range that was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO. Getting to the house by a private palm-lined path you start feeling relaxed and calm. The authentic wooden entrance door invites you to the spacious hall with a chapel that leads to a cozy rest area with fireplace, ample living room with lounge area and dining table for 10 persons overlooking the garden, fully equipped kitchen with wood burning bbq, the first en-suite double bedroom with a bench by the window perfect for reading, and another 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and another with 2 individuals) that share a bathroom. Walking up the stairs we found another spacious en-suite bedroom with a separate living room with a fireplace. Stepping a few more steps we have a master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and ample separate living room with a dining area. Among other facilities, there are TV, WIFI, DVD player, fans, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and much more.
