Villa Rustica has been designed with all your needs in mind, with the aim of our guests sensing a comforting and familiar "home from home" feeling as they arrive. Free WiFi, fresh towels, bed linen and a coffee machine on hand! We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease for the duration of your stay.

Property information

Villa Rustica is situated in a small exclusive community with 13 other villas, sharing a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful Spanish gardens with palm trees. The Villa itself is over 2 floors, comprising of an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area to give a spacious and relaxed feel, sleeping space for up to 5 guests when incorporating the sofa bed, and and a private terrace to the rear where you can soak up the sunshine. The Villa comes complete with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy lazy days away from the excitement for Murcia City Centre. The decor inside is a perfect blend of traditional rustic Spain with a modern twist, giving an authentic but homely feel. The on-site Golf Clubhouse provides an array for refreshments and platters should you wish to head out locally, and local amenities opposite the complex have a range of essential supplies to ensure everything is on hand for your stay! The Villa has on site parking also for ease - please ensure you you park in the designated car parking space for the duration of your stay :) *Note that we have 2 Villas next door to one another, which combined sleep a total of 9 people for larger groups.
