Located in Los Barrios, the holiday home "Villa Pantin" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Please note that one of the bathrooms (complete with a toilet and a separate shower) is located outside near the pool area. Additional amenities include a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home features a private fenced pool, a garden, 2 open terraces, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. Additionally, guests have access to a shared tennis court, which is located within 15 minutes walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
