Property information

The detached house comes fully equipped, has a perfect pool for the hot summer days, garden areas throughout the house, DIY area, garage and even has a Pelota pitch. The house is distributed on two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, which has an entrance through the garden that gives direct access to the door of the house and another to the garage of the house. On the first floor we would have a large terrace where the pool with a hammock area and another covered terrace where we can find a barbecue area where you can enjoy meals with many people because on the terrace there is a dining area with tables . This property has three spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. A part has two full bathrooms inside the building and a toilet outside in the pool area. Among the amenities that highlights the Villa we can say that the kitchen is fully equipped and that there is air conditioning and heating throughout the house. * The payment of the ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands * * Pets are not allowed. * * The Fireplace cannot be used. *
