Property information

Wonderful villa set just a kilometre away from Pollença. It features a big terrace that contains a large table for lunch or dinner next to the beautiful pool. Amenities: There are a large living dining room, a , a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The back door leads to the lovely back terrace, with a barbeque and a cute smaller table. Wonderful stairs lead to the first floor, where are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms share a nice terrace with beautiful views over the countryside. The whole house is luxury decorated with wooden furniture and lovely details. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The central heating costs 1,10 euros per liter and is under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank. Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home. For our little guests we have prepared an exciting playground with a small wooden house outside. Smoking is allowed outdoors

Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
