Property information

Villa El Sueño (The Dream) is a luxury villa on the edge of La Marina (San Fulgencio). Because the Villa is located slightly higher than the surrounding houses, it offers you a beautiful panoramic view of the area. This villa has recently been modernized and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is tasteful and offers plenty of space. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The living room is stylish and modern with a cozy sitting area with a fireplace. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with garden table and chairs. From this terrace you can reach the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace via a staircase. If you want to make use of this, we would need to know this in advance, because heating takes at least 2 days and must therefore be known to us before your arrival.
