This fantastic Villa is located on the heights of Patalavaca and therefore has privileged views over the Anfi del Mar bay, Arguineguín providing sunsets that you will never forget. From the main street there is access to a mezzanine, where you will find a double bedroom with a double bed, a complete ensuite bathroom and access to the solarium on the upper floor. You will also find a second double bedroom, with a double bed, television and wardrobes to store your clothes. The spacious living room is divided into two areas and has incredible views of the pool and the sea. It has a Smart TV, high-speed internet, a large sofa and individual seats. In the other area, you will find a spacious and cozy dining room with capacity for up to 8 people and sea views. On this floor you will also find a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and a complete bathroom on a lower floor which is accessed by stairs and leads to the garage. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a a double bed, a television, a large dressing room, a complete bathroom with a shower and access to a huge terrace with sea views.
