We have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 2x2 m. bed (King size) with TEMPUR mattress; the second bedroom has two 1.05x1.90 m. beds; the third bedroom has a 1:35x2 m. bed; and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Large wardrobes and television. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Another with views of the back garden. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor of the villa, is a mini-suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom (and bidet), work area, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. It is only used when hosting more than six guests. In total there are five televisions: one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Three bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and towels. We have a high chair, cot and baby bath. Spacious and very complete kitchen: fridge, microwave, induction hob and oven. Blender, sandwich maker, toaster and orange juicer. Three types of coffee machine, Nespresso, American and traditional (Italian). Washing machine and dishwasher integrated in the kitchen furniture. A table with three chairs. Iron and ironing board. Complete cutlery (even for babies), frying pans, pots and pans, etc. Window with sea views. Spacious living-dining room with direct access to terrace. Work table. With the possibility of connecting a stereo system. Dining table for four people (extendable to six). Large television screen. Board games: Parcheesi, chess, poker, Spanish cards. Books. Several terraces by the pool. One for outdoor dining (six people, extendable to eight) and the other with comfortable chairs and sofas. Solarium with sun loungers and deckchairs. Chill out area, with fountain/waterfall with relaxing sound and outdoor fireplace, surrounded by vegetation, soft ambient light and with sea views. Outdoor shower with hot water. The heated swimming pool (with solar cover so that it does not lose heat at night) and the rest of the services are private.

Possibly the village of Sauzal has the best climate on the island. Villa with sea and valley views, swimming pool, solarium, terraces, chill out, privacy and tranquillity (no noise), in one of the best areas of the island: El Sauzal. No oppressive heat in summer and very pleasant temperatures the rest of the year. 12 km. from Puerto de la Cruz, 10 km. from Los Rodeos airport and 20 km. from Santa Cruz. A few minutes drive from many good and varied restaurants. Many hiking trails in the nearby mountains, one of them right next to the villa.
