Superb contemporary villa (2018) with breathtaking views (360 °) on the Mediterranean, (sandy beaches), Gibraltar, Sotogrande and Sierra Nevada (ski). The villa is located in a secure area, on a hill characterized by the unusual rocks of this region. Privacy thanks to the huge terrace with large outdoor table (10 seats), located on the side of the mountain with an exceptional view of the sea. Beautiful heated pool up to 27 °, or more, in winter. Water cooling system available for summer. And below, a BBQ lounge of 16m2 covered. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (1x 160m, 2x180m) and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds. The ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom has direct access to the outside. The master bedroom has its dressing room and its private bathroom with views off the African coast. 2 Flatscreens (living room and master bedroom) with internet. Air conditioning in all adaptable rooms, dishwasher, washer / dryer and all extra modern equipment. For your comfort ; a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooking) with central island and bar. NETFLIX.
