Jose Daniel is your host at Villa Almenso, he is dedicated to vacation rentals and ensures the well-being and comfort of the client during the stay. He is in charge of receiving the client on the day of arrival. It is also responsible for cleaning and key collection on the day of departure. Apartelius, for its part, carries out the promotion, reservation management and customer service until the day of arrival. Together with Jose Daniel we ensure good quality management before and during the stay. Apartelius counts on having a close collaboration with Booking. Two-storey semi-detached house with private pool, garden and outdoor furniture, just 5 km from Seville, ideal to spend a few great days with family or friends. Capacity for 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. Living room with fireplace, TV, Wifi and air conditioning and finally, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ....etc). The house has mosquito nets on the windows, and a private outdoor area with garden furniture, private pool, garden, barbecue and outdoor parking. Pets are allowed with an extra charge.
