Jose Daniel is your host at Villa Almenso, he is dedicated to vacation rentals and ensures the well-being and comfort of the client during the stay. He is in charge of receiving the client on the day of arrival. It is also responsible for cleaning and key collection on the day of departure. Apartelius, for its part, carries out the promotion, reservation management and customer service until the day of arrival. Together with Jose Daniel we ensure good quality management before and during the stay. Apartelius counts on having a close collaboration with Booking. We ensure the greatest visibility of the ad on the Booking website and also provide the client with the most complete information possible.

Two-storey semi-detached house with private pool, garden and outdoor furniture, just 5 km from Seville, ideal to spend a few great days with family or friends. Capacity for 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. Living room with fireplace, TV, Wifi and air conditioning and finally, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ....etc). The house has mosquito nets on the windows, and a private outdoor area with garden furniture, private pool, garden, barbecue and outdoor parking. Pets are allowed with an extra charge.

It is located in a quiet area just 5 km from Seville, near the Guadalquivir river, with bars, restaurants, stores ... etc in the area. Seville is a beautiful city with emblematic neighborhoods such as Triana, known for its flamenco or Santa Cruz, where you can also appreciate its craftsmanship. With numerous places of interest to visit, such as the Real Alcazar of Seville, the Plaza of Spain, the Cathedral of Seville, La Giralda, the Torre del Oro, the Maria Luisa Park .... etc., is a perfect city to stroll and know its many beautiful corners, with typical festivals also perfect to enjoy its atmosphere, such as the April Fair or Easter. For the little ones there are also perfect places of leisure, including the theme park and water park Isla Magica, the Aquarium of Seville or the skating rink.
