Villa Alexia is a charming, serene and relaxed complex of 10 apartments built around a 13 meters swimming pool. The pool is L shape and has a separated children’s area 80 cm deep. It’s also surrounded by a sun-bathing terrace and has a barbecue to the far right. This is a bright and tasteful One bedroom apartment 202 that is located on the first floor. It has views of the pool, the sun-bathing terrace and the barbecue to the far right. Children at Villa Alexia are most welcomed and happy! Please keep in mind that for their own comfort we allow up to two children per apartment. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests but can sleep 4, with an additional charge per night for the extra guests over two guests. All the apartments have brand new and silent central air conditioning systems. This one-bedroom apartment 202, has fresh and simple furnishings, an open plan living room with a sofa-bed that pulls out into two single beds. There's also a dining area and kitchen with kitchenette, a TV with UK channels and free Wi-Fi. We have recently renovated the full bathroom and it now has a shower enclosure. The bed linen, towels, drapes are of high quality four-star Irish cotton.

We have enjoyed and adored the magical island of Mallorca for as long as we can remember and want to share its authentic beauty with our guests. As a family of aspiring architects and designers, we continuously improve our apartments by constantly adding charm to its calming atmosphere and introducing more efficient, modern and minimalist systems and designs. Our mission is to make our guests’ holiday experience in the beautiful island of Mallorca pleasurable and memorable.
Once you feel rested and revitalised, you can stroll to the port, only a 5-minute stroll away, or even the beach which is just another 5 minutes further. Moreover, we are so conveniently located that there's a large supermarket only 3-minute walk away. The centre square or the main bus station that can take you anywhere on the island are only 5 or 6 minutes’ walk away. Villa Alexia apartments is a quiet hideaway only a short walk to everywhere in the Port. Best known for being a place of peace and serenity, Villa Alexia is one of the most sought-after retreats in Puerto Pollensa. Our self-catered apartments provide a relaxing stay, like a home away from home. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family holiday, a trip with a large group or even to work from abroad.
