Property information

Villa Álamo is a luxury villa in Pino Alto in 350 meters from the seafront promenade and Playa Cristal (blue flag). Alamo has 4 full bathrooms, 1 wc and 5 spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Villa Álamo has an interior area of 400 m2. On the ground floor we have a spectacular living room of more than 60 m2, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a double room with private bathroom and shower. On the upper floor there are four large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Externally the plot has 900 m2, the private pool has dimensions of 15 x 5. In the garden there are palm trees, lawns and plants, in addition there is a fantastic barbecue area. Villa Alamo has been completely renovated in 2017 and the furniture is new. All the rooms of the house are air conditioned, among the services included: the wi-fi, closed private garage, gardener and swimming pool. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

Miami Playa is located in the heart of the Costa Dorada, surrounded by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by the mountains of Serra de Llaveria. Here you will find a unique and comfortable destination, between sea and mountain, where you can enjoy the vacation with your family. It is an ideal paradise for your holidays with family or friends. Miami Playa has a beautiful promenade linking the beach Playa Cristal to the leisure port of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, its neighboring population to the south, crossing the residential area of Pino Alto. Thanks to its location, climate and environment, it is an ideal place to practice adventure sports, outdoor activities and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere through leisure activities for all ages. The best amusement parks on the Costa Dorada are located less than 25 minutes from your vacation home in Miami Playa. Have a great day out with family at theme parks such as Port Aventura or Ferrari Land and water parks such as Aquopolis or Costa Caribe.
