[ENG] New apartment with lots of light, balconies in the front (east-south) and back. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning and until the end of the afternoon. Not a typical tourist spot, in the building, mainly Spanish apartment owners. Quiet, not near the elevator, at the end of hallway so no people pass your front door. On an unique location in Boliches, with a small green area in front, green river bed around the corner and a short distance to shops, restaurants, beach, train station, main roads. Away from the busy centre but still 1 min by train. [ESP] New apartamento con mucha luz, balcones en la parte delantera (este-sur) y atrás. Disfruta del amanecer por la mañana y hasta el final de la tarde. No es un lugar turístico típico, en el edificio principalmente propietarios de apartamentos españoles. Quiet, no cerca del ascensor, al final del pasillo, por lo que no hay gente que pase por su puerta principal. Una ubicación única en Boliches, con una pequeña zona verde en frente, lecho de río verde a la vuelta de la esquina y a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes, playa, estación de tren, carreteras principales. Lejos del concurrido centro pero a sólo 1 min en tren.

[ENG] Boliches is for those who seek Spain, not your own country in Spain. Not very touristic, quiet, lots of green, and with all the facilities you need around the corner. Close to beach, trails for walking, car rental, train station which allows you to go out on cultural trips, shopping (the popular Plaza Mayor is close by), maintain your fitness etc. A spot where you would like to stay longer than you booked. [ESP] Boliches es para aquellos que buscan una España diferente. No muy turístico, tranquilo, mucho verde, y con todas las facilidades que necesitas a la vuelta de la esquina. Cerca de la playa, pruebas para caminar, alquiler de coches, estación de tren que te permite salir en viajes culturales, compras (la popular Plaza Mayor está cerca), mantener tu estado físico etc. Un lugar en el que te gustaría quedarte más tiempo del que reservaste.
