Newly built house, nice and bright, with capacity for 6 people and with exteriors that invite you to enjoy, private saltwater pool with waterfall and lights, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, motion sensor lights....... It consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds (both with TV) a bathroom with shower, living - dining room with Smart TV, Wifi, A / C and dining area, completes the distribution of the house a fully equipped kitchen. The house has parking for two cars. Pets are allowed under supplement, here they are very welcome, they have a bed, potes....

It is located in a quiet environment, great to disconnect on days off. Just 3 km from the beach of La Barrosa, and with other great beaches in the area how the Playa del Puerco or Playa de Sancti Petri, In Chiclana there are places of interest to visit, like the Hermitage of Santa Ana, Sancti Petri Marina, the Museum of Chiclana... etc. Beautiful white sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports or plenty of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the area.
