Property information

Nice and friendly townhouse located at the North coast of Mallorca, in la Colònia de Sant Pere between Can Picafort and Artà. This house is located in a walking distance to from the sea and beach. There is a charming terrace at the front of the property, with a dining area. Inside, there is a charming living and dining room. To the left, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. To the right there is a graceful kitchen, with stairs that lead to the back garden, a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the stay. It has air conditioning in the living room. The holiday home is only a few metres from the sea and sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of Mallorca. Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home. Smoking is allowed outdoors Air conditioner available 24 hours. IMPORTANT Welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. Tourist tax, VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed.

La Colónia de Sant Pere is a small touristic and residential spot located on the coast and has about 250 inhabitants. It can accommodate about 2.500 during the summer, so it is a very quiet area on the Majorca coast. Most of the accommodations are family houses. Because of this, it looks different from other touristic areas, and you can enjoy a quiet mood even during the summer.
