This is a lovely, stylishly decorated 3 bedroom house with en-suite bedroom, family bathroom and downstairs toilet. The house has a large 400 sq ft (40 M2) patio with rustic BBQ and pergola, garden furniture for 6 and 4 sunbeds and 2 recliners. As well as a 160 ft (16M2) roof terrace offering beautiful views over the mountains. The house has a great roof terrace to take in the stunning views over the mountains, as you have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or to just wallow in the breeze, You cam sunbathe in total privacy. The house benefits from a downstairs toilet and a downstairs Sofa bed.. The communal pool is at the end of the street or there is a nice public pool with outside spaces 5 minutes away. The white village is a short walk or drive to the free parking area. The beach and larger town of Sabinillas or Estepona are 20 minutes away, Marbella and Gibraltar 40 minutes away by car.
We have made every effort to make the house comfortable and a nice place that we would like to stay in. We love the idea of making it available to considerate guests. We are happy to share our insights on things to do or places to go. We like to think of ourselves as nice people to do business with.
Casares is an exceptional authentic, Spanish white village named after Julius Caesar who, so the story goes, bathed in the nearby Roman baths. The sea and Sabinillas are 20 minutes away. It’s great for evening or early morning walks or doing yoga or other activities on the beach. Estepona which has a lovely town centre and beaches is about 20 mins away and Marbella and Gibraltar are 40 minutes away. Malaga airport is about 1 hour away. The house is situated in a single street urbanisation with only 53 houses. The other owners are about 60% Spanish and 40% from Europe and the UK.
