Beautiful self contained detached studio apartment, within our large spacious garden, located in a prestige urbanisation just 500m from the beach and all local amenities, with direct access to a luxury furnished pool deck and garden, with private BBQ, smart TV, Wi-fi. Everything you need for a superb relaxing vacation.
Maria is a qualified Yoga instructor and Kenny, retired businessman with interests in sports. A couple used to meeting many people from all walks of life, across the world. Rocky our small (6kg) dog also lives here. The studio is exclusive to you for your enjoyment and the gardens are expansive, with a large pool, mini golf and table tennis, shared with ourselves. We are both quite active so not always around but we do enjoy meeting new people and welcome you to visit the area and enjoy our studio, pool and garden.
Caleta de Velez is a wonderful and typically Spanish coastal fishing town, just 35 mins from Malaga Airport and Malaga city. Caleta has many cafe, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you would need for a superb holiday. Torre del Mar, is a large coastal town and is just 2 mins drive or a stunning 15 min beach walk. The studio is quite literally 450m to the beach at Caleta, which boasts a leisure marina, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The main town, Torre del Mar is a 20 min beach walk or 2 min drive. Velez Malaga is 4 min drive so you are well located for either a luxurious relaxing holiday or a sightseeing trip.
