Charming villa in Trebaluger. Recently updated by an interior designer respecting the harmony with the environment. Trebaluger is a residential area formed solely by villas. A perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday. There is a small supermarket in the same area where you can replenish the basic provisions. Located just 5km from Mahon, the main city of the island, where you can enjoy entertaining evenings on its terraces, restaurants, shops or incredible walks through its magnificent harbor. At the same distance is the town of Es Castell that has a nice and cozy harbor with some good restaurants. More onformation: - Bedroom 1: double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom Pool dimensions: 8x4 mts Please note that some of the tiles at the bottom of the pool are missing and will be replaced after the tourist season. Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Cots and high chairs available for an additional fee. Please note that some furniture may be replaced each season. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
