The apartment is located on the first floor, facing south: its large terrace gets the sun both morning and afternoon, like a "Solarium" in question. The tranquility of the area is not altered by the users of the large community pool complex, which is about seventy meters. Privacy is also ensured by the wall of the terrace of a little more than a meter high, from where you can see the sea, a few hundred meters down the street, toward the Casino, which is the central area town of Puerto del Carmen and where you'll find everything and close.
It is decorated with modern and functional style, with a spacious living room, very bright with a dining area and another to enjoy TV connected via satellite from the comfortable sofa bed; the kitchen is fully equipped is independent and has direct access to the terrace. The bedrooms are oriented to the mountains, very quiet, and the bathroom is very large, equipped with a large bathtub and two sinks. Everything is fully equipped. There's even a free safe box into the main wardrobe.
We are travelers, we like healthy living and sport, especially related to the sea. We consider ourselves privileged by such a nice place where we choose to live, so we make every effort to facilitate a wonderful stay whom choose us. We know how important it is to have a good place to rest from the activity that is generated in vacation time and so we are concerned that the traveler feel at home.
The small and cozy Apartment Complex "Riviera Park" is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, in the area of the Casino, near little coves and wide beaches, diverse shopping and lots of different types of restaurants.
There is also a Spar supermarket, very complete just one hundred and thirty meters.
Nearby you can enjoy all kinds of sea-related sports: surfing, diving, swimming ... or just sunbathing on the sandy beach.
There is a Golf international Course less than a five minute drive, 18 holes;
Two ports: fishing and sport;
Submarines for guided tours;
There is a special bicycle lane next to the sea, and can travel more than thirty kilometers in all traffic safety.
You can do all kinds of extreme sports as well.
And the famous and attractive natural park of volcanoes, Timanfaya, created by the Lanzarote architect César Manrique for better enjoyment of Nature itself...
