Esta es una casa en SEMISOTANO. Esta 5 peldaños por debajo del nivel del suelo. La casa consta de cocina - salón, Terraza con mobiliario, 1 baño, 1 dormitorio de matrimonio y 1 dormitorio de 2 camas individuales. Los dormitorios tienen ventana que da a un patio interior. Servicios: Calefacción, Chimenea de leña, Cocina, juegos, Lavadora compartida, Microondas y Televisión. En el exterior: Piscina, zona de aparcamiento, barbacoa, zona de juegos infantiles, corrales con animales de granja y exóticos, y 400 hectáreas de finca para pasear. Desconecta de la rutina en un entorno único y relajante.
Los alojamientos rurales RAPIA se encuentran al pie de la Sierra del Cerezo, a 7 Km de Moratalla y a 10 Km de Calasparra; su orientación al este le permite inviernos suaves resguardados. Con vistas a los campos de almendros y oliveras y rodeados de montañas y bosques de pinos que confiere un entorno único para descansar y disfrutar de la montaña y la naturaleza. El Acceso a la finca está asfaltado y señalizado. Hablamos español e inglés. RAPIA rural accommodation is located at the foot of the moutains “Sierra del Cerezo”, at 7 km from Moratalla and 10 km from Calasparra; Its orientation to the east allows to enjoy comfortable and mild winters. With amazing sights of the almond and olive groves and surrounded by mountains and pine forests that gives a unique environment to rest and enjoy the mountains and nature. The access to the country estate is paved and signposted. We speak Spanish and English.
Rapia es una finca agrícola y forestal situada al pie de la Sierra del Cerezo a 7 Km de Moratalla, Murcia. En la entrada encontramos una cortijada compuesta de varias edificaciones recientemente rehabilitadas, entre ellas 6 casas para alquiler de turismo rural. Moratalla es el mayor municipio por extensión de la Región de Murcia; el casco antiguo de la población se encuentra sobre un hermoso cerro coronado por dos edificios monumentales emblemáticos, La Iglesia de santa María de la Asunción, y la Torre del Homenaje del castillo-fortaleza, aunque podría decirse que todo el casco antiguo es monumental gracias a sus rincones y al angosto trazado de sus calles empinadas, llenas de historia y antigüedad. La población está integrada en el núcleo montañoso de mayor masa forestal de la región, con numerosos parajes para disfrutar de la montaña y la naturaleza. Para llegar a la finca, visitar el pueblo o comprar provisiones necesitaras el coche, pues no hay transporte público hasta la finca
