This is a big apartment in Barcelona city center for a families or groups in a quiet area walking distance to Montjuic (La Fira) or Las Ramblas, public transport buses or underground only 3 min. walk.

Poble-sec is a privileged area in the city due to its physical location: it is at the foot of Montjuïc Mountain, right by the port and the old town of Barcelona. The famous Las Rambas are at approximately 10 minutes walking distance; the two central squares Plaza Cataluña and Plaza España are also pretty close. This district began to be populated in the second half of the nineteenth century after the walls of Barcelona were demolished and Eixample plan was approved. Nowadays Poble-Sec represents a safe, residential area which also has enough entertainment to offer, including popular bars, theaters and even nightclubs. The central avenue of this district is Parallel, which part of the picturesque Plaza España to the World Trade Centre located at the end of the harbor. It is a busy avenue during the day, but quiet at night, really good option if you want a central location but away from the tour groups usually staying in more central areas.
