Fabulous one bedroom apartment with unlimited high speed Wi-fi and international languages digital TV movies sports. Very large 3 person sofa bed. Beautiful private full sized en-suite bathroom. Storage and charging points for mobility vehicles downstairs, wide doors, lifts. House rules: strictly non smoking in all areas House rules: guests must agree a time and place to meet for checkin when reserving and on last day before checkout confirm agreed meeting time of departure for inspection/key handover any issues, breakages , faults must be reported and inspected if necessary during your stay, hosts may need to enter for this, notice sent of course in advance. small fee covers all bedding, linen, bathroom hand, bath, beach towels, minimum cleaning 3 hours and cleansing anti viral treatments. please treat this home , other residents and staff with respect and courtesy, also a basic quick clean before you leave on last day. Leave used towels in the bath, don’t strip beds, you are on holiday, all goes to industrial laundry high temperature anti viral treatments throughout apartment. Self checkin present documentation passports National ID via photo WhatsApp to receive access entry codes LOST PROPERTY- we will endeavour to photo and report items to the guest immediately after departure. we will offer to post items or store them for 30 days . we will dispose of items guests do not make any arrangements for in 30 days from checkout where no reasonable arrangements have been agreed with guest.

Literally 5 minutes walk to The Famous Fish Alley ( so called because of scores of restaurants ) Across the Road is The Marina and Sea. Train Station is literally 5 minutes walk away Children's Theme Park Aqua Park / zoo / Tivoli world ( huge Disney theme park ) easily reached by Train . To Sum up there us literally something for Everyone within Walking Distance With the Added Benefit the Apartment is First Line which means you have the best of both worlds Very Quiet at Night But around the Corner is all of the Night life / Restaurants / Clubs Etc
