With more then 30 years of hospitality management and advice experience Caroline van Riet is a devoted host with an eye for detail. Her biggest goal is to provide all her guests with the pure Sitges feeling and make sure they will have the best holiday ever. She is a driven networker and a respected member of the Sitges community. After coming to live in Sitges over 5 years ago she worked day and night to integrate and build a portfolio of holiday apartments and houses that are different, decorated with love and extremely clean. She manages her properties in a unique way and rents out the whole year! Caroline is an exceptional guest relation manager and the hospitality blood runs through her veins. She dares to be different and manages Sitges Lounge Apartments in a unique way.

This unique holiday apartment has a wonderful, quiet and hidden 45m2 private garden in the center of Sitges and is a paradise to relax or have cozy dinners. The house gives a warm feeling when you enter. It is not a modern apartment but it has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, is fully equipped and in a good condition. Only 100 meters from the boulevard and beach. The bedrooms are on the backside where you do not hear the city noise. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small apartment building. The open living room has a dining area and large balcony with stairs leading directly to the garden. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one on the garden level), a separate second toilet with sink, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, Nespresso, dishwasher, storage room. Also all rooms have airconditioning. There is a washer and dryer, Smart TV and WIFI. Bedlinen and bath towels are in the apartment. We can arrange many extra services like beach towels, beach umbrella's, child bed, dog bed and much more. Also in the Winter this apartment is ideal and has heating. Enjoy Pure Sitges, the sun, relax and refill your energy!

Sitges is a special and picturesque village with a very rich cultural history. The boulevard is known as one of the most beautiful in Europe. Only 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona and the airport. Sitges and its beautiful environment with sea, beach, nature and vineyards are a great place to leave the stress of everyday life and the chaos of Barcelona behind. In Sitges you will find beautiful architecture, a wide sea promenade and a lively nightlife. There are numerous activities, sports, events and sites to visit. Public transport is excellent, so a car is not necessary.
