The PERFECT flat for your holidays. As owners we "love" our flat very much and it is beautiful, we enjoy it at least one week every month (and we travel from Madrid), in order to continue doing so, we need you to love it and take care of it too. For that reason we will do everything we can to make sure you have everything you need and feel comfortable, as this is the best way for all of us to maintain it and really enjoy it. In a privileged location, with a 12 m2 sun terrace with spectacular views and very quiet. The urbanization has the best gardens in the area and its maintenance state is optimal. - Urbanization "Frontera Primavera" (one of the most sought after and best maintained). - 56 square metres of flat (12 m2 of terrace). - Spacious living room and separate bedroom. - Terrace with splendid views and sun all day. - Fully equipped kitchen. - It has everything necessary (electrical appliances, bed linen, towels, etc). - Urbanisation with 24 hours security (surveillance). - Communal swimming pool very big and in perfect condition, with sun loungers and sunshades. - At 200 mts from Playa Ballena and 700 mts from Playa de las Galletas (walking distance). - The Urbanisation has the most beautiful gardens of Costa del Silencio. - The bus stop "Ten Bel" is on the corner (and the bus line 415 goes to the south airport in 20 minutes). Spacious and sunny flat, located a few metres from the beach, with views to the park. In its surroundings it has all the services (supermarket, restaurant, pharmacies, bars, etc). Costa del Silencio is different from the rest because of its quiet atmosphere and the contact with nature. It has beautiful promenades.

- 20 minutes from South Airport (with direct bus to the "Ten Bel" bus stop) - 200 metres from the diving centre "Coral Sub" and Ballena beach. - In the back street (Av. Tavío) you have restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, rentacar. - 300 metres away you have the village of "Las Galletas" with everything you need. - at 700 meters you have the beach of "Las Galletas" and its nautical port with the excursions that you wish. - Surrounded by walks and hikes in front of the sea. - As its name indicates, "Costa del Silencio" differs from Crisitanos or Playa de las Americas, precisely because of its tranquillity, peace and silence.
