This beautiful apartment located in Playa Paraiso in the south of the island is ideal for anyone, whether you are looking for tranquility, sun and beach, or visiting the entire island. It is equipped with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a large bed, a private bathroom with a hydromassage shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI and a terrace with views of Playa de las Américas. It is located opposite the Hard Rock hotel, in a complex with swimming pools that has 4 elevators so you can quickly get to your apartment, as well as having private security 24 hours a day. There is a supermarket just outside the complex, as well as a pharmacy, restaurants, and all services. The beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, and it is located in a beautiful and peculiar cove next to the apartment. If you come by car, I recommend that you reserve a parking space inside the complex, as it is usually difficult to park on the street... It is paid on the day of your arrival to the building's security person... You must also give them a deposit that will be returned when you hand in the remote control on the day of your departure.
