This place is the best choice you can make for a longer stay in Palma de Mallorca in every sense. An extremely friendly and helpfull host, a spacious flat with terrace and every comfort you need, very clean and very tastefull. Close to the airport, close to the center, close to the fantastic city beach and yet not in a touristic area. If you want to enjoy Palma fully as well as the clean and warm sea, you will not find a better place. We are sure to come back!

New Scandinavian style penthouse duplex apt. with private terrace, 10 min. by foot from Palma Old Town. First floor: living room, separate kitchen, toilet. Top floor: bedroom with k. size bed facing 10m2 terrace, bathroom with shower. Views over historical rooftops and mountains. It is the 3nd and 4rd floor of a new building with only 4 apartments. Typical local neighborhood with bakery, cafés, fruit & vegetable shops butcher, restaurants and supermarkets. 10 min. walk to chick Portixol beach.
I am from Denmark living part time in Palma. Looove Mallorca for its beauty, people, food, mountains and sun that almost always shines. It is like being in love all the time. Also Sweden has lots to offer, Malmø, Skåne and Copenhagen. I am sure you will enjoy it equally as much as I and look forward to welcome you in one of my homes <3 I rent my apartment when I travel min. 1 month, therefore I am usually not on the island when I have guests, but I am always available by email or phone (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and I reply asap.
Free parking on the street (white lines). More important, it is actually possible to find parking. 110 m away great and very reasonable priced peruvian steak restaurant Los Leños on Calle Manacor. Bus stop to Palma city centre 2 minutes away from the apartment. 3 stops to Plaza de Espana, where the bus station for connections to rest of the island is located. 10 minute drive from the airport, 10 minute walk to Portixol beach and port, with high-end restaurants and cafés.
