Spectacular and cozy apartment located in the Nautilus building in Punta Prima, on the beachfront, only 50 metres from the sea and next to the prestigious Nautilus restaurant. The apartment is newly renovated with 2 spacious bedrooms, a independent kitchen with all new appliances, living room with 50" smart tv, WI-FI, a renovated bathroom and a terrace with incredible views of the sea and the 25 meters swimming pool and garden of the community. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for 4 people but available for 5 or 6. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 150 cm + an extra bed and the other with a trundle bed 90 cm + an extra bed, a living room with a 50" Samsung smart TV, WIFI, a bathroom and a kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ... It also has a new air-conditioning installation and being a 3rd floor with northeast orientation, it is very bright and cool in summer. At Ed. Nautilius you will be able to enjoy a huge garden with an incredible 25-metre swimming pool, open only during the summer season, with parasols available and a children's area.
At Nautilus Hygge Home we love to welcome families and couples, who can enjoy an unforgettable vacation of disconnection and relaxation in a fantastic environment.
Just 5-10 minutes by car you can reach both the centre of Torrevieja and the spectacular Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, where they often hold events for the whole family to enjoy. Furthermore, next to the apartment you will find the bus stop of the circular line D-F Torrevieja-Rocío del Mar (Punta Prima).
