Easy living is what it's all about in our 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home. It has multiple entertaining areas, a pool, beautiful lawns and landscaping that provides lots of room for everyone to find their own comfortable space or to join in the fun with the whole family. It’s just a short walk to Puerto Marina, where you can enjoy an afternoon of sun at the beach. Or a leisurely stroll along the promenade while licking a creamy gelato or stopping at a Chiringuito for refreshing drinks and tapas. Or visit the many chic shops for your shopping delights. Or enjoy riding jet skis and fantastic sailing. And great golf courses are just a short drive from our home. You can enjoy your own cooking in the new kitchen, or go out for cocktails, appetizers, and terrific seafood at some of the restaurants, just a few steps down the street. Our home is surrounded by a high wall on three sides and a high, thick hedge in the front. On foot, you will enter the property through a locked gate on Calle Velazquez which leads to the front door. Or by car, you will drive through a remote-operated gate on the side of the property that leads to a garage for 1 car and a driveway for parking 4 cars

There is public transport 200 metres from the house, where you can take the local commuter train or the bus which will give you cheap and easy access to the rest of the Málaga area. There is parking available in front of the house as well as private parking.
