It is a very familiar house completely restored and extraordinarily comfortable, whose first construction dates back to the forties of the last century. With three floors, the original walls ensure a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days, especially on the ground floor. The accommodation has two fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor with a large dining table, and another on the first floor. A toilet on the ground floor, a complete bathroom with a shower tray on the first floor and a huge bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub on the third. From the kitchen on the ground floor there is access to the grass garden with a well (covered for security) and several paved areas with tables or armchairs to eat or relax.
It is the house where my mother grew up, and where I have spent the happiest moments of my life. It is a place full of good energy and until very recently it was my place of REST, with capital letters, and I would love to share that special corner with other people who would enjoy it and keep it alive.
It is a house located in a privileged place, in the heart of the town, a National Heritage area next to one of the most outstanding monuments of Monforte de Lemos, the convent of the Escolapios, and with a direct view of the Castle of the Counts from Lemos. Despite being just a five-minute walk from Calle Cardenal, the area of restaurants, terraces and shopping, two minutes from Parque de los Condes, with its ponds and green areas, you can breathe a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. When you arrive at the accommodation in a visible place, you can use a QR code that will direct you to a page that I have created with information on the most important places both for tourism and day-to-day life, from the castle or the Augascaidas waterfall, to the Neighborhood oven with a hundred years of history and where you can buy bread as well as pork baked in a wood-fired oven, unique empanadas or free-range chicken.
