Completely renovated and decorated. Very comfortable and silent. A very special accommodation created with great love. The apartment has been completely renovated in August 2023. Ideal for one or two people, with views of the pool and very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a very comfortable Queen Size bed and TV. The living room has a large Smart TV that will allow you to interact from your mobile to connect to the main streaming platforms, you have a Netflix account with the name Mad Suite. You have included in the price a wonderful large parking space located next to the elevator that takes you directly to the apartment. When you make your reservation we will send you instructions for check-in, which can be in person or fully automated. The complex has a concierge and 24-hour security. and it is very well maintained: swimming pool in season, garden, tennis court, gym...

Offering very special accommodation is my passion: from a Boutique Hotel in Extremadura for adults only with private Arab baths (Almazara de San Pedro) to apartments on the coast with a special touch... I was especially excited to offer a very exclusive apartment in Madrid Designed for those people who come for work or leisure reasons but who especially value decoration and comfort. Its location, very close to IFEMA, Wanda Civitas Metropolitano and the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport or the Navarra Clinic, is one of its strong points. It is also designed for those people who, wanting to spend a few days in Madrid to enjoy its great cultural, leisure and gastronomic offer, do not like to use their car through the Center. Coming to Mad Suite you can arrive by car, use public transport that is at the door and return to tranquility and relaxation in a very short time after having enjoyed the Center.
With one of the best commercial and leisure offers in Madrid. Very well connected to the center by public transport: the bus is at the door of the building, it will take you to the center of Madrid in a few minutes and it even has a night service so you can enjoy the Madrid night in complete peace of mind without having to use your vehicle. . In the building itself you have a supermarket, cafeteria, bank, pharmacy and even an Irish pub. A 5-minute walk away is one of the best shopping centers in Madrid: "Plenilunio", with hundreds of well-known stores, 10 movie theaters and an impressive gastronomic offer (from well-known international chains to restaurants of all types and nationalities).
